12 ways to express (genuine) interest in your customers

At Eric Jacobson’s blog about management, you can find his summary of Steve Curtin’s book: Delight Your Customers.

In it, Curtin recommends that you do 12 things to show your customers that you are genuinely interested in them. A few of them are:

  1. Use names
  2. Practice assertive hospitality
  3. Remember preferences
  4. Display a sense of urgency
  5. Solicit feedback
  6. Follow up on service
