5 ways to cope with a changing workplace

The key to having a successful small business is hiring people who adapt well to change. What kinds of people does that include? People with good “soft skills.” That means problem-solving and critical thinking––as opposed to “hard schools” like engineering. It also means you have to look to the future when you hire employees. Hire for the skills that will be in demand in the future, not only the skills you need right now.
You’ll also need to handle your business a little different. You’ll need to learn to criticize constructively in order to push your employees to deal with change. See the rest at the full article.
