6 questions that bring clarity to an organization

Patrick Lencioni lays out six critical questions for a company’s leaders to answer and agree upon in his book The Advantage, so employees are all following leaders who are on the same page and working toward the same ends.
Though the questions seem rather basic, just imagine how much conflict could be avoided finding out up front if those in charge answer them differently.
Why do we exist?
How do we behave?
What do we do?
How will we succeed?
What is most important–right now?
Who must do what?

Solid Checklist. This sounds like an extension or restatement of Simon Sinek’s “Start with Why.” We make all of our clients watch the Ted Talk “How Leaders Inspire Action” at the very beginning of our first project with them.
This absolutely correct and to my best of knowledge what do we do now is most important.
