12 ways to express (genuine) interest in your customers

In it, Curtin recommends that you do 12 things to show your customers that you are genuinely interested in them. A few of them are:
- Use names
- Practice assertive hospitality
- Remember preferences
- Display a sense of urgency
- Solicit feedback
- Follow up on service
