Whatever job you have, you’ve got the wrong one. Alex Craig makes ten grand a month just by sending personalized potatoes in the mail. Too bad this is kind of a one-time-thing idea, or we’d all be sending fruits and veggies.
What’s wild is that the product itself would not likely sell direct. Meaning, no one would likely buy a personalized potato for themselves. The genius in this is taking a product that no one would want and by allowing people to gift it to others, now it becomes desirable; now it sells. Something to keep in mind if your product doesn’t sell…maybe you should change the business model to gifting one. Love it. Not the product…i’d never send a potato to someone, but love the model. 🙂
