Smack in the middle of California’s Mojave Desert is California City. Or, more accurately, smack in the middle of the Mojave Desert is a series of crisscrossing roads that would have been California City had it been built.

According to a movie I watched at 2:30 AM last night, it is in the middle of the “AVACADO JUNGLE”, and is inhabited by the PIRANHA WOMEN.
What is so wonderful about a massive land scam. My parents bought something similar in new mexico and today the land is undeveloped and about as worthless as was in the 70s. Of course people who live there won’t say anything but this was a popular scam back then until the feds finally wised up. Anybody can build roads and put up street signs. However the lots are worthless without sewer services, water and electricity. Once you have the land fragmented like shown in the video, developers are not interested and so no basic services, but ordinances prevent you from doing anything with the land.
