The third rail––it’s become kind of a bogeyman in urban mythology. Something you don’t want to approach for fear of death. But kreosan is here to show that it could actually be useful for charging your phone.

Third rail? What third rail? I see only two, the left one and the right one. If you would really do this with a third rail (used for metro etc.) you really would be dealing with 750V or so.
