What cities would have looked like without the Clean Air Act

When you live in a city where the evidence of severe air pollution can still be seen on older buildings everywhere, you take time to give thanks for the Clean Air Act.
Today, it’s hard to convince outsiders Pittsburgh is a lush, green city when its reputation was set in stone (or steel) looking like this:
And this was a good day.
SaveOnEnergy wants people to see what other cities would have looked like today had the Clean Air Act not gone into effect forty years ago for a truly eye-opening perspective.
