What cities would have looked like without the Clean Air Act

Today, it’s hard to convince outsiders Pittsburgh is a lush, green city when its reputation was set in stone (or steel) looking like this:
SaveOnEnergy wants people to see what other cities would have looked like today had the Clean Air Act not gone into effect forty years ago for a truly eye-opening perspective.
