You don’t have to tell me how Salami is made, I worked in a sausage factory and you don’t stop making the product just because a co worker looses a finger. And we used the rest of the PIG that no one else wanted. ever try head cheese? Where do you think the nose goes, tail, ears and brain. And for some people they love the PORK ring. OMG!
