Lost & found GoPro turns into a beautiful story

Kyle Puelston was sure the memories captured on his GoPro were gone when it fell to the bottom of the Temperance River.
Imagine his surprise, then, when he got a call almost exactly a year later with news that a good Samaritan snorkeler had found the camera with all the footage intact.
Why he returned it is the part you may want to grab a tissue for.
