What happens when you put Marshmallow Peeps in the microwave?

The folks who bring you sugary goodness by way of Marshmallow Peeps are getting in the Easter spirit by releasing the giggle-inducing results of a batch of experiments performed on the candies. The resilient little birds were subject to microwaves, cold, heat, and water to see how they reacted. The researchers even performed a medical miracle by successfully separating conjoined quintuplet Peep siblings!
