Eccentric homes with hidden passageways aren’t confined to detective novels. Learn about these five eccentric homes and what makes them so weird.
- Wolf’s Lair Castle: In addition to the dwellings for a pet gibbon, there are eight bedrooms and six bathrooms between the main house and the guest house, as well as a heart-shaped pool and a speakeasy.
- Sessions House: Now used as a residence hall, this house was constructed in 1710. Today, new residents try to find a secret passageway in the home which is said to be the meeting spot for the original owner’s daughter’s and her boyfriend’s ghosts.

This is a waste of an article. What is the purpose of a list of eccentric homes with cool entrances if you’re not going to show pictures of what the article is about? frakking link farm much? epic fail in my opinion. Did you really think a picture of a singer sewing machine would suffice to pique my interest when talking about the singer mansion..?
