MySpace rolling out new profile design
Posted by staff / July 16, 2010MySpace—remember, that site you frequented back in 2005?—has started demoing revamped profile pages in a bid to lose its reputation as the social network with the worst UI and gain back a sliver of relevance. Changes featured on the new profiles include a left-hand navigation, a focus on the MySpace Stream (think Facebook newsfeed), and the ability to follow updates on other social networks. Currently, MySpace has implement the new profiles to only a limited number of users and plans to solicit more feedback before proceeding with a site-wide roll out.
