Harry Potter and servant leadership

It’s the end of an era: the final Harry Potter film has come and gone. How can we make sense of our lives now that Harry and his friends have left us? Analyze the heck out of the movies, that’s how! This article takes a unique look at the final Harry Potter film by arguing that Harry embodies servant leadership in several ways, such as listening to his comrades, empathizing with other’s suffering, and a knack for persuasion.
