Calculating Santa’s Christmas Eve workload [chart]
Posted by staff / December 16, 2011With 526,000,000 Christian children in the world waiting for presents on Christmas Eve, it’s not surprising jolly old St. Nick needs all those cookies, but how he has time to eat them, we don’t know. What we do know is how many kids Santa needs to hit every hour to get his job done thanks to the slightly insane calculations of Philip Bump at the Atlantic.

Your figures must be wrong. Santa is not for christians only. There are 7 billions people on earth, half of them being kids. Surely Santa does not knowingly forget six children out of seven because of their faith. That would be naughty, not nice at all.
