This author can remember running the field in a game of tag once upon a time, wowed at the immensity of the structure, yet nary a cheer has been heard since the stadium went vacant two years ago.

Maybe cause those countries pay the bills, John. This scene reminds me of Commy Eastern Europe before it collapsed. Might be time to stop wasting Billions on a military no1 needs. That way you can maintain your infrastructure.. US is coming apart, it wont take another 20 years of abuse.
