Does the idea of having your cellphone pried from your text-obsessed fingers make you break into a nervous sweat? You’re not alone.

A new study from TeleNav looked at our obsession with cellphones, asking participants what they would forgo for a week in favor of keeping their mobiles. The results might surprise you (unless you’re reading this post on your phone while updating your Facebook status, texting your mom, and listening to a podcast).

• 32 percent of people would choose to give up their phone over sex for a week.
• For women, a whopping 70 percent would choose the phone instead of sex.
• 55 percent would give up caffeine
• 70 percent would ditch booze
