How to cook like a Viking

This video is not about cooking like a figurative, Ralph Wiggum-esque viking (see below). Instead, this video is about cooking like an actual Viking. It is set in the wilderness, and it uses mostly simple tools so you don’t need anything special to make it. Your hands don’t need to be as dirty as these guys’ hands are, but maybe it makes the food taste better.
