How a brain scan can detect a broken promise

Researchers suggest that it is possible, by monitoring brain activity, to identify when a promise will be broken before the individual actually breaks it. The study provides an interesting insight into how deception can be investigated experimentally.

If this is true I have a great idea. Wire this scanning machine up to the world politicians and as soon as they make a promise live stream it across the internet together with the result of whether they’re about to break the promise too and THEN we’ll vote in the next elections !!
