You’ve cultivated your idea since conception, built the infrastructure necessary to support it, but still your pitches are falling upon deaf ears. Steve Roesler, Principal of the Steve Roesler Group provides four questions to ask yourself, before sharing your good idea:
- Will this idea make other people successful?
- Is my presentation as brief as possible because I have thoroughly edited my thoughts?
- Do I have objective criteria for success?
- How do I feel about the idea?
