It’s not enough to start social conversations — you also need to work to keep the conversation going, writes Constance Aguilar. If your users are taking the time to talk to you, it’s not enough to reply with a simple thanks. Instead, show genuine interest in what they’re saying and craft responses that keep the customer talking or that draw other users into the conversation, she writes.
