So, you’re throwing a fancy to-do that requires something a little classier than a keg and a bowl of chips and salsa. What’s a low-maintenance kinda host to do?

Sound advice from the cheese lovers at Shape! Though the wine merchant in me reads each pairing and thinks “Yes that’s good, but what about…” the fact is that these are safe recommendations, even though there are other wines that work as well for each cheese, and vice versa. Let me take a moment and remind myself that not EVERYONE needs to learn everything all at once!
