Perfectly uniform slices of hardboiled eggs are not the kind of thing that comes from something one whips up in the kitchen, but rather from a curious thing called a long egg.
No, they don’t come from long chickens (though there’s undoubtedly some mad geneticist out there trying to make it happen), but a factory that cracks, separates, and reforms the humble egg into something more presentable on a mass scale.
Yes, we know the video is in German, but that makes it all the better.
Never thought the cracking and separating of hundreds of eggs could be so relaxing.
