The incredibly creepy hammerhead slug on the move
Posted by staff / July 7, 2017If you think a garden variety slug is disgusting, you haven’t seen the horror that is the hammerhead variety.
Bipalium kewense can reach up to twenty centimeters in length and contain a toxin that helps them kill their earthworm prey.
They’re thought to have originated in Southeast Asia, but have become an invasive species around the world.
Definitely not one you want to discover invading your yard. Ick.
