Inside a mature food forest
Posted by staff / December 8, 2016For anyone whose garden looks like a forest, anyway, by the end of the growing season, here’s a great reason to hope you can still get a harvest out of the backyard.
Robert and Robyn Guyton on the South Island of New Zealand started their wilderness of edibles twenty-three years ago on a two-acre plot and, today, get seventy percent of their food from it.
There’s hope for some of us, yet.
