Making a knife out of the world’s hardest food, petrified fish

Katsuobushi is dried, fermented, and smoked skipjack tuna. Normally it’s shaved, but this guy is using the fish for a novel purpose. He cut a chunk of fish and the sharpened it like a knife. How hard is the world’s hardest food? Well, it can cut into a soda can, for one. How sharp can it get? It can cut paper!
