The “napkin ring problem” is mind-bending

Are you ready for your brain to hurt a little bit? If you take a sphere and remove the core from it, you’re left with a shape called a napkin ring (because it looks like a napkin ring). If you take two napkin rings of the same height from two spheres of any size, their volumes will be the same. Here’s how it works.
