Newton’s apple tree will experience zero gravity
Posted by staff / May 11, 2010You know that famous apple tree Sir Isaac Newton owes his gravity theory to? Well it’s about to experience some orbital action. Yes, a small piece of wood from that very tree, which still grows at the psysicist’d old home in England, will be released by a British-born austronaut at the International space station to let it float around for a while.
