What really caused WWI?

Everyone knows that the assassination of Archduke Ferdinand sparked a series events that led to World War One. But this video offers a rereading of the history, digging farther back into the history of military spending in Europe in the years leading up to the war and asking, “Why was there such an arms race?” The video traces that arms race to the psychological hangups of one German leader, and his obsession with building a bigger, better navy.
