The 4 E’s of authentic leadership

For whatever reason, that’s also one of the most frequently ignored aspects of leadership. While it may seem counter-intuitive, you can develop authenticity. To do so, follow the four E’s: explore, encounter, empathize, and engage.
Take the first one, for example. To be authentic, you have to explore yourself. Get to know yourself, you leadership style, your goals, and your fears. Get to know everything. It’s hard to be authentic if you don’t know who you are. See the rest at the full article.
