As Robert points out. There is a shortage of people with production experience who can actually use the digital tools that are available today. It would be advisable for current film production crews to utilize their knowledge and experience to help improve this world of poorly produced and executed YouTube type videos.
This in turn opens up a new market for coaches who can teach the crews how to teach what they know. There is opportunity for everyone if you look for it.
