Guys whales are HUGE. Deviantart user Harry-the-fox has made this amazing drawing showing the to-scale size of dinosaurs and whales, with a puny, insignificant human in the corner. The main takeaway from the drawing is that the ocean was a scary place. There’s a bunch of big stuff in the ocean now, but BOY HOWDY was there some big stuff in the ocean in prehistoric times. “Pacific Rim” barely seems fictional now.
