The trick to cooking millet

Here are the basics:
HOW TO COOK MILLET ON THE STOVE
Yield: about 3 cups cooked millet
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups water or vegetable broth
- 1 cup dry millet
Method

Rinse the millet well, and drain.

Bring the water or broth to a boil, then add the millet. Bring back to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer, covered, for about 25 minutes, or until all of the water is absorbed.
