Posted by staff / December 14, 2010Worried that envy over your weapon of mass reproduction will prompt a strip search in the security lines? Well, worry no more you man-beast, you, relief may be just a test-run away.
For $100, fifty lucky folks will buy the privilege of trying out Betabrands’ Privates underwear to see if their scanner-resistant fabric and camouflaging patterns really keep the boys hidden and whether or not they prompt more invasive searches. They don’t appear to protect the little swimmers from radiation, though, which would have been a nice bonus if testers have to pay to test the product.
If they work, the product should be available to the public in 2011.
