What does the future mean to you?
Posted by Annie May / November 16, 2011The future means different things to different people, and that affects both individual priorities and corporate strategic decisions, Google Executive Chairman Eric Schmidt says in this Big Think video. For a contract worker, the future can be measured in weeks; other workers may think in terms of how far they are from bonus season; and owners and investors may take a much longer-term view of the future. “That’s feedback back to you of how their systems work. I’m not saying it’s bad; I’m saying it helps you understand,” Schmidt says.
