CA governor signs nation’s toughest net neutrality bill
Posted by Josh Taylor / October 2, 2018The FCC, under the direction of the internet’s most hated person Ajit Pai, has basically handed the internet over to Internet Service Providers. Almost no one––besides those who stand to benefit financially, of course–– supported this move, and states immediately began crafting their own replacement laws. California’s was the toughest, and Governor Jerry Brown just signed that bill into law. The Trump administration almost immediately announced that it would sue California over the law.
