If you were on trial for your life, you wouldn’t want to end up in a revolving-door court akin to traffic court. You’d want the most serious, proper court you could find. Unfortunately, this is the exact situation that some immigrants find themselves in. Whatever your stance on immigration, the United States is a country of law, and this John Oliver segment exposes how the law is not being upheld in immigration court.
