Everyone struggles with time management at some point. The worst thing that happens during these times is we get stuck in loops of trying to make ourselves more efficient, but ultimately just wasting time trying to become more efficient. Well, this video explains how to use a machine-tested way to be more efficient. The upshot is this: don’t try to do the most important or labor-intensive tasks first. You’re better off just picking tasks at random.
