John Schnatter has been in the news a lot lately, and unfortunately not for his company’s delicious pizza. No, not even close. He used a racial slur on a conference call and was forced to step down as chairman of the board. According to Schnatter’s lawyer, they are investigating company documents “because of the unexplained and heavy-handed way in which the company has treated him since the publication of a story that falsely accused him of using a racial slur.”
