Don’t worry, though, you’re not the only one to feel addicted to a phone––smartphones are actually designed to be addictive. Apps send you notifications to mimic personal interactions, and that tricks you into feeling like you’re getting some real connection. That connection is, of course, fake, but your brain thinks it’s real. There are some ways you can fight it, though. Take a look and learn how.
