Psychologist teaches you what procrastination is and how to stop
We all suffer from procrastination every now and then. For some of us, though, it causes real harm. This psychologist believes that if you understand what procrastination is then it will be easier for you to stop doing it. He then offers some practical advice to beat the procrastination bug. For example, break down tasks into their smallest concrete parts. If you have an abstract task, it’s easy to say you’ll do it later. But when you have something very specific to do, your brain wants to do it.
