Straight-ticket Texas voters reporting errors
Posted by Josh Taylor / October 28, 2018Straight-ticket voters using voting machines used in Texas’s most populous counties are experiencing something strange. They try to vote straight ticket, either Democrat or Republican, but notice that votes in some elections––especially the controversial and contested open Senate seat––switch.
“The Hart eSlate machines are not malfunctioning, the problems being reported are a result of user error — usually voters hitting a button or using the selection wheel before the screen is finished rendering,” said Sam Taylor, spokesman for the office of Secretary of State Rolando Pablos, who was appointed by Republican Gov. Greg Abbott.

Voting is very tricky now a days, I wish there was some way of like doing it face to face cause anybody could write anything on paper! Great blog though!
