Of course, realizing all the problems a lack of sleep can cause may finally convince you to find a solution to this problem that leads to far more than swollen eyes and yawn attacks by mid-afternoon.
(Just curious. Anyone else notice that all these articles on sleep deprivation are never geared toward new parents or even mentions them?)

I know exactly what you mean. It’s too easy to keep thinking til 2am rather than switching it off.
