So if you need a refresher, the Library of Alexandria was essentially a massive ancient library with tons of ancient wisdom. Unfortunately, the most of the contents of the library was lost to a conflagration in the first century BCE. But exactly how that fire started is something of a debate among historians. Martin Crane from Frasier), this Binging with Babish installment teaches you to make two dishes from the famous fictional gourmand. Or, more accurately, one from the gourmand––that’d be Frasier––and one from someone with a little bit more common tastes––that’d be Martin. Frasier’s dish is a nice quail with honey-pomegranate sauce. Martin’s is a BBQ pudding dip. The quail turns out pretty well, as you might expect.
